Let me start off by saying that I'm 41 years old I have the skin and body of a teenager. People tell me I look 32 and guess what? when I was 21 i passed for 32 ( I think it's the jawline) I literally have NOT changed physically for the past 20 years. This will probably become more impressive when I hit 50. But let me tell you something, We're the new breed and we're this close to stopping the ageing process altogether. Don't beleive me ? Google the term "transhumanism" the gov. is all over it. Granted, we don't have access to the same information or products they have. But there is a ton of stuff out there that can make you feel better, look better and essentially stop ageing.
I've been studying this subject for about 16 years now. My exploration started when I was 25 years old and noticed that the grey patch of hair at the top of head was becoming more prominent. It didn't take long to figure out that my genetic makeup was predisposed for premature grayness. I had my first grey hair when I was 18 (That was a fun day) According to my mom, she became fully grey by the age of 30 and I could see I was "heading" there fast.
At that point I began reading everything and anything I could get my hands on with regards to chinese herbs and supplements.. After all I thought, when's the last time I've seen a grey haired Chinese person? I went to a health food store and in their book ilse I found a little herbal bible complete with a glossary of ailments. Not that grey hair is really an "ailment or health affliction but I was pleasantly surprised to see a blurb about grey hair and possibe cures. The herb bible talked about the He Shou Wu herb or what it's "commonly" referred to as Fo Ti. Luckily, they had it at that store and I've been taking it ever since. I wasn't able to stop the grey but I know for a fact it's slowed down.. At 41 years old I'm probably 35 percent grey. Now the classic question is "how do you know the retardation of greyness is not something that would have happend anyway?" What proof is there that this herb is responsible? And I have to bow down to that one. But let me tell you something..I don't want to stop taking it so I can prove everybody wrong.. Hell, it only costs about 8 bucks a month..
So why do we age? I've noticed throughout the years that age and bad health are nothing more than a slow starvation.. As years pass our bodies don't absorb nutrients the same way or react poorly when they're not fed the proper food/nutrients. Our bodies are literally starving for the "right stuff" We'll be studying specifics and I'll be sharing personal experiences on how I've cured ailments and health afflictions when the doctors threw up there hands and wrote it off as old age or some syndrome to prescribe drugs for. Stay tuned we've only just begun.. The next post wer'e gonna talk about Heartburn and the - little blue pill -LIE
